Your beliefs are an essential part of your daily experience. Most people constantly run negative beliefs in the minds 24/7. It is such a deeply ingrained pattern that you aren’t even aware that it’s happening. Just consider some of the nuances in our culture today. If someone asks you how you’re doing, the expected response is “fine”, :”good”, “could be better”, or worst of all “still alive”. How depressing!
Give some thought to do. The next time someone asks, “how are you”….consider how you are really feeling and let them know. The look of surprise on their face will be well worth it as people may not be expecting you to be so honest.
So why did I just go on the above rant? Well, simply to call attention to the fact that we are constantly on autopilot. What other thoughts and opinions are happening while you’re on autopilot? What do you believe about yourself and the world?
Choose right now to start believing in something so drastically supportive that it would change your life. Your beliefs are important because they manifest into real life experiences. In order to be, do or have something, you MUST think it first.
Here are some suggestions:
1) The world is miraculous and I experience miracles everyday.
2) Everyone is loving and I have loving experiences.
3) People are generous and everyone is looked after.
4) Financial abundance comes to me easily.
This list could go on and on. Select your personal mantra and repeat it daily. Say it to yourself in the mirror. Sing it out loud and dance to it. Scream it at the to of your lungs. Imagine what it would be like if that belief were true.
Identifying and adopting supportive beliefs is the most critical step to the freedom you seek.
