We'll open the evening with a short discussion about the week's topic followed by a group meditation (each month the topic will change, but will always be focused on our personal well-being and connection to spirit). If we have time, we'll do a group exercise or two.
This is a casual event that is suitable for everyone - no prior meditation experience required. Just bring an open mind! The seating is limited so please register as soon as you can.
