Thank you for being here and trusting me with your time and energy. I’m so LIT UP about going on this journey of expansion, radiance, and inner freedom with you. I can’t wait to help you deepen into your wholeness and magnetize a life that truly aligns with your authentic and unfiltered truth.
It was 18 years ago that I consciously began the journey toward reclaiming my own wholeness. It started with a lot of tears at around the age of 19. I was so lost, had a ton of trauma from the past to deal with, and I felt like lasting happiness was possible for everyone else, but ME.
The following several years consisted of me searching for the light at the end of my perpetual dark night of the soul.
Looking back, the turmoil was a blessing. It lit a fire under me to discover my sacred power. I deep dived into meditation, yoga, reiki, energy work, ancient mysteries, got trained as a Coach and learned neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis, time line therapy, new decision therapy, brainspotting, went to school for Psychotherapy, and so much more.
I was frantically searching for myself and “my power.” Isn’t that what I was supposed to want to get back? My power?
In the search for “my power,” I felt more at the mercy of my life than ever. It all came to a crumbling halt when I was diagnosed with an auto-immune condition that affected my vaginal skin. It was scary and LITERALLY shut down my pleasure centre.
That’s when I really began to integrate all the many years of learnings at an EVEN deeper level than ever before.
My power was inside me all this time.
I stopped asking to be seen and started showing up the way I wanted to.
I stopped censoring myself and started speaking my truth.
I stopped letting myself get pulled into other people’s unhealed stories and my stories about them.
I made my pleasure a top priority.
I began to consistently, naturally, and EASILY choose different responses when I was confronted by old patterns and beliefs.
Amazing things happened:
I physically healed my disease.
I earned more money than ever with way less effort.
My relationship with my husband began to thrive more deeply.
My relationships with family and friends became more authentic.
I learned how to see my body with beauty and hear it’s needs around food, weight, and stress more clearly.
I harmonized the divine feminine and masculine energies in magnetic and radiant ways within me.
Life is not easier, but everything FEELS easier because I have honed these inner tools that are always pointing me toward my authentic truth. I feel at ease in my life. I draw in whatever I want with grace and trust in my own self and higher power. I am in tune with my body, mind, and soul.

Where will the program take place?
All sessions will be held on Zoom and other programs like Voxer and Google drive will be used for communication and embodiment assignments.
What if I can’t join one of the weekly sessions? Can you extend the program?
The 3 month program is designed to create the specific momentum needed for transformation. It is highly recommended that you join the calls weekly to get the most out of the program. Calls can be rescheduled with 48 hours written notice. The program can be extended by an additional 2 weeks in case there are extenuating circumstances.
